Chibro Steckdrain sewage system from stainless steel

Chibro Steckdrain sewage system from stainless steel

Stainless steel wastewater systems can be used in many industries. All system components are made of austenitic stainless steel. Austenitic chromium-nickel-containing steel has excellent corrosion resistance properties. Stainless steel systems must be used where metal is in contact with food, outdoor air or sewage. This is most often the case for food, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, shipbuilding, etc.

Chromium-nickel impurities from stainless steel sewage systems are commonly used where organic or inorganic acids and other chemicals are present in the wastewater.

  • This system has been rated for A-class fire resistance and it is accepted that this product is treated as non-combustible;
  • The system is noiseless;
  • High pressure resistance.

Copper-Nickel Pipelines

Copper-Nickel Pipelines

The Cunipress Copper-Nickel Alloy Pipeline System, which stand out itself from its economies, high resistance to seawater or, in other words, to salt water. Areas of application are diverse: pipelines for shipbuilding, water supply, and many industries.

Copper-Nickel Pipelines - The Cunipress system can be used for:

  • For cooling engines and other equipment;
  • Fire extinguishing;
  • Deck cleaning;
  • Water desalination stations;

Available system diameters - 15 to 108mm.

System pipes and fittings are made of copper-nickel alloy in the ratio 90/10 in accordance with the requirements of international standards.

The main benefits of CUNIPRESS are:

  • Extremely simple and quick installation (press fittings);
  • Reliable operation of the system, even in unfavorable conditions;
  • High corrosion resistance;
  • Lower time and labor costs when installing compared to traditional systems.
